What are Pre-Orders & How to Pre-Order

What are pre-orders?
When ordering items filed under Pre-Order, you are ordering directly from our supplier's catalogue. We will order from our supplier based on your order. Since these are items which are not in our inventory, items are subject to availability at the time order is placed wth the supplier.

How do I order Pre-Orders?

You place your order as how you will with other products - email us with the color and quantity of that particular item. The only difference is, with pre-orders, we do not have the items available and we will be importing the products only when we receive orders for it.

How long do I have to wait to receive my pre-orders?

We will place orders once we have colleced at least 15 items or every 3 weeks, whichever is faster. Depending on stock availability, items will reach us in about 14-18 days.

If item is out of stock, you'll be notified accordingly and no payment will be collected. If item is waiting to be re-stocked, the maximum waiting time is 21 days not including shipping time from supplier to us. However, payment has to be made before your order will be placed.
